Great product, reasonable price point, decent quality

Be careful with the installation. There are exposed screws on the rack that I did not see. I mistakenly installed the rack slightly different than the instructions indicated and this resulted in some deep scratches to my car (grrr). I plan on eliminating this risk by wrapping that portion of the rack and screws with black rubber padding as I've seen other rack manufacturers include on their models.
