I bought this system directly from MONI ( now Brinks), the monitoring company. With a three year $19/mo contract it cost $300. Including four extra sensors the total cost was $500.
Very well designed and easy to use and install. Each sensor does double duty as a magnetic door/window sensor and also a motion detector (if someone climbs through a broken door or window without opening it, the device will still pick them up).
The smartphone app is great, and very easy to use. Arm/disarm/check history remotely from anywhere.
