Truly unforeseeable circumstances lead to my package being delayed for a few days, which I did not mind, but they went ahead and gave me a partial refund – on top of an already fantastic price. Very honest and kind communication. As for the item, perfectly and securely packaged, came as described - maps were handed lightly over decades, some minor pencil marking, slight yellowing.
