If you also take a multivitamin with this, you'll probably get too much zinc.
Sadly, this product contains a significant amount of zinc. According to many online resources, you should not consume more than 40mg of zinc daily on a regular basis. This product contains 20mg of zinc which, standing alone, is not too much. However, if you also take a multivitamin (and I'd bet many or most probiotic users also take a multi), you're probably already getting around 30 - 35mg of zinc just from the multi, so taking this puts you over the safe limit.
I could find no reason listed online why a probiotic needs to have added zinc. Maybe the manufacturer is reading this (and if they're not, they sure should be reading reviews!) and can answer to defend this seemingly unnecessary addition of zinc.
Because of the zinc concern, I do NOT recommend this product and I won't be buying it again.

OUTSTANDING Balsamic vinegar!!
This is an outstanding balsamic -- easily the best organic balsamic (or any balsamic!) I have tasted. This is a slight reduction (it's slightly thicker than water) so it stays in place nicely. VERY smooth taste and no bitterness -- PERFECTO!
I highly recommend this delicious balsamic vinegar.
