  I received the shoes and saw that the foam insoles were missing. I contacted the seller to inform them, and she said that her son got them used and she didn't know that they were missing. I told her that it's the seller's responsibility to make sure to list any missing parts or pieces, etc. I asked her to do the right thing, but the seller has not responded to my latest message.
