  The case for the card deck came cracked because it was shipped in a small envelope with a very thin bubble sleeve. Seller did not care - said “I ship that way all the time.” Don’t trust packing! Never will buy from them again

  Poor communication-he insulted me, but I still asked how he wanted to resolve, then said he was satisfied, he didn't respond to my last 2 messages, and then left negative feedback. As I told him, I will be improving my packaging to avoid even minor damage in the future.
