  My item took a long time to arrive, but this was clearly to be expected in the estimated arrival date. And it was shipped promptly so no complaints there. Although it seemed to be packed very securely, it arrived broken, unfortunately. Communication with the seller was good, and there was no problem getting a prompt refund. So although I was disappointed to not have what I ordered, I'm still satisfied with the seller: they did all they could.

  The listing is very misleading as it looks like a normal cell phone would fit in the holder, but the phone in the listing must be 1/2 the size of normal cellies. Also the strap for attaching the holder to handlebars is very small. The package was slow to arrive; the phone mount was ordered on Sept 27, 2023 and the packaged arrived on Oct 29, 2023. I requested a return and the seller sent a message to eBay that they could not print a return label. I offered to pay shipping - no response.

  It’s been 8 weeks and I still have not received my purchase. The seller doesn’t communicate so obviously doesn’t care. I actually made another purchase with this same seller a couple of weeks later and I have not received it either. I have to think this is a scam!
