Didn't taste like Bottled La Choy.
Compared to the bottled La Choy at least - this tastes like it's been at least half mixed with Kikkoman's - a definite fermented taste. Most may prefer that taste - but that's not what I was buying La Choy for in my recipes. The label was also removed from the bottle (still in the box, just off).
That said - it may be a regional thing, with different countries/regions of origin producing different flavor - it just didn't work for my cooking as delivered.
