Good story
I’m a relatively inexperienced comic reader, but I’ve read some of the big Batman titles (Dark Knight Returns, Killing Joke, and several of the Scott Synder new 52 books). I do enjoy older books as much as the newer ones and am not turned off by older art styles or cheesy dialogue. I thought this book was great. The story kept me interested and I enjoyed both stories included in this book: A Death in the Family and A Lonely Place of Dying. I would recommend this to any fan of Batman or of comics in general.
