As expected

This product missed the mark because people's definition of Like New was far off the mark the disc face was absolutely filthy with finger marks all over the disc face not to mention the disc came loose in transport which scuffed the disc face ( if it wasn't already ) as well. After requesting to put a piece of bubble wrap inside the case between the disc and the case . Must of been to much effort. Even the outer protective sleeve off the case had heavy marks thru out. I don't know how we come the conclusion that a product in this condition is LIKE NEW. As you can see iam not one for giving comments but this one deserves it.
