Great replacement fan!
After the originally installed fan in my X220 bit the dust I ordered this one right away and it arrived in 3 days, got in installed and my laptop is back to new
Safely packaged in a box and bubble wrap, and even came with a complementary packet of thermal paste!
Great price, as it includes the whole heatsink and fan unit for one low price. Easy install, although I mess around with computers as a hobby, overall it's doable if you know basics of electronic repair.
Pretty quiet too, roughly on par with the OEM fan.
Performance wise it does it's job well. Keeped the CPU in a nice low range doing normal everday tasks. That being said I have yet to really "push it", but given its performance in idle and normal use I can predict it will work just fine under harder loads.
Overall, great heatsink and fan. Would definitely recommend!!!

Not perfect, but great for the price
2 of 2 found this helpful Got it to get use out of my tablet since the internal chip died.
It's small, very cheap, and works fast enough for every day stuff (was able to video stream in 1080p with no buffering)
Only problem I had is that it tends to disconnect after a few hours (3-5) of continues use. Not really an issue, as you just have to reconnect and that takes 10 seconds, but definatly something to note.
Overall, as long as you don't do anything that requires real time internet (IE, online gaming or video chatting, situations where a 10 second disconnection is more then a minor nuisance), I would recommend for most people who just need a quick and cheap solution
