I just wanted to let you know that I initially reported that the post office scanned the item but didn't place it in my mailbox. You issued me a refund for the dvd. I reported the missing dvd to the post office and they investigated the issue. The next day they found the package and I received it. I reported it to you that I received it after you granted me the refund. If you want to charge me again I will understand. The dvds are great and in very good condition.
