It works
It did increase my bowel movements but not as much as everyone else’s reviews made it seem. I certainly wasn’t running to the toilet and I went to the bathroom only about two times a day while on this pill. I thought it would do more for me but it still somewhat cleansed me which is why I gave it 3 stars.
