  Item as described but arrived damaged. Bought ornament that I'd been looking for a while, was excited to get it so was disappointed when it arrived broken. Wasn't shattered but had big hole in it. Contacted seller about it, they apologized. Seller gave me a full refund. There probably should have been more wrapping around ornament inside the ornament box. Ornament box was wrapped well inside shipping box. Good communication. Good experience considering circumstances, would buy from seller again.
