Great item
Does a great job of realigning my instrument cable so there is no stress on the plug.

Great guitar after a little help!
All the reviews I saw stated how wonderfully this guitar came set up. When I unboxed it, I was disappointed in it's condition. This one must have spent some time in a warehouse somewhere along the line. The action was high, strings were tarnished, as well as the tremolo springs. The chrome neck plate had some slight rust breaking through. After changing the strings and doing a setup, all was well. Put a little naval jelly on the neck plate to condition it, it looked better. But after some attention initially, it definitely lived up to the hype. The intonation was good. Sounds great with that classic strat-style sound. The humbucker pickup adds that extra growl when asked to. Still, all considered, I would still buy it.

Great musical memories
I remember watching these performances with friends every week. Considering the difference in technology in that era, the audio and video are not up to today's standards but that's what makes it like a trip back in time. All of the music featured here
was pertinent to what was popular at the time with some slightly vintage performances mixed in. Just as interesting as the music was seeing the stage wardrobes and hairstyles of that era, both of which were successful in grabbing the attention of their audiences. A pleasant surprise was the extra features which included interviews with the artists as well as the shows founder Burt Sugarman himself.
