Good quality and easy to solder

I bought two of them and built the first in one hour and the other in 15 minutes the next day. Each contained a few extra components, the board is of good quality and easy to put together. Both worked on first power on. The circuit is "similar" to a frequency counter designed by dl4yhf , a circuit that has proven very reliable.
