  I received the wrong decal. When I went to return it the seller said if I canceled that request they would send me the correct item. I have canceled the return but it has been a couple weeks and no reply or correct decal. So I will not be ordering or recommending this person again.

  The seller outlined that the graphics card had cooling issues in the item description. The seller packaged the gpu very well (item was left out all day in a rainstorm, and it did not get wet.) Upon carrying out the cooling repairs, the gpu is performing perfectly. Big thanks to the seller.
