Great value. Bright flashlight. Separate strobe button is a HUGE plus.
Not quite sure that this is truly 1000 lumens. I don't have the testing equipment to prove or disprove this statement, but I have several flashlights, and some of them are easily brighter than this one, and have a lower lumens rating.
But not comparing it to any other product, you get a good value with this flashlight. It's small enough to fit in a man's pocket or woman's purse. It doesn't accidentally turn on because of an overly-sensitive power button. It appears to be durable enough to survive a 6 foot drop.
What I absolutely LOVE about this device is the strobe feature. You don't have to cycle through the power settings (high, then medium, then low, then SOS, then strobe). The strobe has its own button, and believe me, especially at night, if you shine this on an intruder's eyes, he will be visually disabled for a few or several seconds. Mission accomplished. Good job, folks at Klarus!!!
