Not the cheapest, but definitely well designed and good quality!
OK, laptop bags come in all shapes and sizes and there is no 'best'. My criteria were:
- As small as possible to fit my 12.5 inch Dell E7270 laptop
- Decent protection for the laptop
- Enough room to (easily) fit the laptop's power supply with long mains cable, mouse, a notepad, a couple of pens, a glasses case WITHOUT a squeeze / bulge.
- Reasonably 'professional' looking (as I'm using this at customers).
- Removable shoulder strap (because sometimes I'll want it and other times not).
This case definitely ticks all my boxes. A bonus is that I can get the laptop / power supply in and out of the case quickly and without any undignified 'buggering about'!
The zips look more robust than the cheaper laptop case it replaced.
So, great laptop case if you have a small laptop! Highly recommended.

Great album! If you liked the first you'll like this!
OK, I'm getting on 51 and find it harder than when I was younger to find new artists. I came late to the Arctic Monkeys and thought their first album was brilliant - a great combination of youthful aggression and energy, rawness and bite, clever, humorous lyrics and they clearly don't take themselves over-seriously, which I liked.
The reviews of the second album said it was more polished and mature. I would say, on the first few plays, that it's in a very similar vein to the first. For example, the energy and aggression of the start of the opening track is just really special. There are some absolutely outstanding tracks on this album, the equal or better of the best ones on album 1, but also the odd below par one, which I could not accuse album 1 of having.
Album 3 will be the big test for the Arctic Monkeys. Where will it go - more of the same, radical change or what?
But for now, if you like the singles you've heard or the first album this one will be a few quid you definitely won't regret spending! Enjoy it!

Nice listening, fairly commercial indie rock!
I would describe American Authors as a more commercial version of the Killers. Every track is up-beat, optimistic and tuneful. Highly recommended.
I also enjoyed the 3 'bonus track' acoustic versions of 3 nice tracks of the album.
Music is, of course, personal, but I like the indie rock genre and this is a very accessible example of the (rather vaguely defined, as I understand it) genre.
