Good value. Better than I expected.
I ordered this after comparing the price to the mats sold by bike trainer companies and others. Before it arrived I was afraid it might be a piece of flimsy plastic like a hallway-runner. Nope. It is generous sized and has plenty of cushioning thickness. It's not as soft as my wife's exercise mat. It is perfect under my CycleOps trainer and I consider it a bargain.

As good as it gets for a "dumb" trainer
I'm not hard-core but used to ride a lot on the road. Now I mostly ride indoors for some fitness. I'm soon to be 75. This is a great machine for what it does. Top quality construction and very quiet. The only noise if from the tire in contact with the roller. I didn't need the included speed sensor since my bike has a Garmin speed and cadence sensor mounted. The unit also included a block to hold the front wheel in position and at the appropriate height. This was unexpected. Very happy with the trainer.
