Worst phone I have ever bought. Totally disappointed.
Has been an utter waste of money, first it wouldn't charge or hold charge, so replaced both cable and plug. Now it makes and receives both calls and messages intermittently. I bought this phone for my husband as I have the Samsung galaxy A10 and had no problems at all. This phone is an upgrade from mine so thought there wouldn't be a problem . How wrong I was. Can't even send back as he needs a phone for medical reasons although both nurses and drs not able to contact him on many occasions.
