LCD and glass

The LCD and glass is not glued properly together. This leaves a 2 cm long x 0.3 mm wide gap along the edge of the screen. I saw this after I installed it so I'll try to live with it for now. Over time dust and grime will probably build up and I have to replace the screen again. Next time I'll choose another seller. I'll also ensure that the digitizer has the spacer plastic bits for the camera and ambient light sensor/proximity sensor on it. It took some work to pry them loose from the old digitizer and then glue them correctly onto the new one.

Satisfied with the battery

but would be even nicer if a pre-cut double sided tape was included in package. The tape is needed to make the battery stay in the right place. Luckily I had some thin DS tape lying around.
