Cataract and Macular Degeneration help?
I have just recently started taking this product for control of eye cataracts and macular degeneration. At this time I can't say that I notice any large improvement. However I can say that the other natural medicine recommended by my optician did not show much improvement either. I will have to assess the results further along. These pills are less than half price of what I had been taking called MacuHealth.

Bitter Tastes an Unusual Topic
Here is a cookbook that explores a topic usually not covered in full. The taste of bitter is not a topic discussed in depth, You can find bitter based recipes in many diverse ethnic cookbooks, Asian, Indian and some Italian.
The author has 3 other cookbooks which I also have in my collection titled Fat, Odd Bits and Cooking on the Bone. I recommend them all.
