New to pressing.
Entered the world of pressing and this is a great press to begin with. Spent the whole weekend pressing with no hiccups. The only thing is that the bottom plate is off about 20 degrees. I just adjust high and use a laser thermometer to see the actual temp. Top plate is dead on. I would recommend this. Would like to give an update. Have been using this for 18 months now and zero issues. I highly recommend this.

Not good for the pipe.
These are more for kids to do crafts, these leave little fuzzies inside the bowl. Great value for kid crafts, just gave them to my kids.
