1 of 2 found this helpful This was recommended to me by a video store. I wanted a optical system for quality. The instruction manual is not as detailed as needed for set up (like needing to take off rubber tips of optical wire ends and which was is up or down) and pairing(which setting do you set it for, RX or TX, and why. I messed around with it for a long time and finally called Apple support, CRAZY. Does your reciever need to be on?) Little things but causes frustration. Works well most of the time does drop some times

Flimsy
I have a an older black one just like it. This one is not as heavy plastic and flimsier then it. It functions but I’m careful.
