There is some good basic advice in here and a few tips I hadn't thought of. It's a good springboard to try and get a handle on things, but ultimately no book is going to do it for you. You have to be willing to make these changes and I've found (as it says in the book) you have to try changing a little at a time. The web site support is good also.

I absolutely love it. I read books and forward web articles that I want to read later. It's so comfortable to hold and the battery life is awesome.
