Classic movie!
I love this original cast and crew Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women About four sisters growing up during the Civil War. It’s a bittersweet and engaging story.

If you are ready to heal, this is a great tool!
Excellent in depth book dealing with our self destructive patterns. It takes time and commitment to work through and is not an "easy" book to go through, but is worth the work to change patterns and live life differently. Recommendations? Read it intentionally setting aside the time to write and reflect. Read it with a group or at least another person or two to discuss it with. Read it multiple times with break in between so you can process the material. It takes a life time to life in healthy relationships and this is one of the best tools I have in my arsenal!
