  Contacted model-man and informed them of my grievance about the condition of the item that was delivered to me ie: it had damage that was done during the packaging and prior to sealing the postage box. I made this perfectly clear in my communication to model-mann. Their reply was to blame unknown entities. But when broken bits aren't in the received package and other bits are wrapped separate from the main item, I find it difficult to conclude unknown entities where involved
