  I bought a package of 12 boxes of Panini Eruo 2008 made in Italy whose description indicated the condition NEW, but upon receiving the product I saw several boxes in terrible condition. The seller offered to send me two additional boxes, but felt uncomfortable canceling a full return and challenged me that my comment was of no use.

  -Boxes sent in perfect condition but were inspected and opened by PERU customs-not my mistake-however i offered to help-U asked for 2 boxes as a gift and not me who offered this as u mentioned-I accepted to send-Then you opened a "return request"-I accepted the return request and paid shipping label-Surprisingly u cancelled "return request" and asked again for the 2 boxes-I accepted again but after u pay shipping label!!My first ever negative feedback (782 items sold, 600 items purchased)
