Instead it was sneakily described as "UPS Certified". These labels were shipped directly to my residence by UPS. I called UPS from the packing slip, and they stated that I had placed the order with them directly. The Seller contacted UPS, and posing as me, requested these free labels to be sent to my address. I contacted him. Then sent me again the box but the quantity not correct! He deliberately tried to scam me, and even mocked me. He's a rude person for customer!

Seller said the labels were a gift and the boxes should arrive within a couple of days. Seller offered me a $20 refund and said I could keep the boxes when they arrived. Seller offered to re-ship the order if it did not arrive. When I asked the seller for a tracking number, seller refused to ship the order and issued a refund. I had to ship back the box of free labels before Ebay would process the refund.
