I tried something and it didn't work. The product is good, but due to cable company restrictions I cant use it.
Can't be used with my cable company. You have to rent DTAs from them.

Cable cards
When I went to get them registered with my cable company, I found out that the person that told me that I could use my own cards was mistaken. Be sure to talk to a supervisor before purchasing cable cards, so that you don't have to rent from your provider, or you may end up wasting your money. Disregard the comments above. I had to do them so that I could submit this review.
