Just the tool to avoid overbeating
Some baked goods need to be just barely mixed, not overbeaten. This coarse whisk is perfect for that! I had a similar whisk with a wood handle I bought many years ago from King Arthur Flours, and it worked great, but eventually the handle loosened. I am hoping this steel-handled whisk will not have the same problem. The price is very reasonable.
