The title of the book is not what you think it is.
I purchased this book as part of an assignment in a Human Diversity class. I am glad the professor chose this book since it was truly enlightening how it is written. The authors of the book state personal experiences in how to understand the lack of diversity among certain groups and the thought process behind it. They also have 5 steps on how to become more diversified in a way that brings in true Christianity. Treating others as one wants to be treated and teaching others to do the same.
This book is truly one of my favorites and I will refer back to it periodically since it brought a totally new insight how to view others that suffer from lack of diversity and those that have suffered racial inequality.
Fabulous book! Don't be turned away by the title.
