Disappointed in Priduct but love model
It’s not the product, I have the same model and love it. It’s the product I bought. I realized it was used but it was badly dented( this was not visible in picture). The air vents on the side had a grey dust coming out as if it was either not used correctly or not serviced recently. The suction in our model was much better. So we transferred the hose and carpet sweeper to our old canister. Our carpet sweeper attachment did not work and I could not find a replacement
