Safe knife storage
Very useful kitchen knife storage. Takes all sizes and doesn't take up much space on the work surface.

Useful tool
Have had one of these for a number of years in the home workshop, but now needed one for my other work. Still fits the bill exactly.

Problem-free removal from loaf; but expensive
At last a paddle that comes out of the loaf without creating a huge hole! Suspect that our old one (12 y/o) had lost all its non-stick.
But for what it is, it definitely ain't cheap.
