Now thrilled
1 of 1 found this helpful Initially I was concerned b/c after installing, it still didn't seem to work. Long story shore, Fans Unlimited worked with me to isolate the issue and the problem was with the handheld transmitter. Fans Unlimited CSR, Xochi Cleminson, sorted it out, determined the correct number for the new remote controller I needed and provided me the number to order. Saved me $80 some dollars over the alternative of having to order an new kit altogether. It's my third or 4th order from these folks but the first I've needed such intervention and I couldn't be happier with the way they solved my problem and got me up and running. I'll definitely buy here again.

Saved by the Customer Service Rep (CSR)
My old controller wouldn't control any longer. I replaced the receiver but still wouldn't work. Ordered another the Monte Carlo people told me to get but was the wrong one. Fans Unlimited (FU) sent me the right one but fan still didn't work. Ordered a more expensive receiver kit with a new controller. Discovered that it was a bad old controller all along. Contacted Xochi Cleminson at FU who set me up with a single controller to order that mated with the new receiver I'd installed and also set up a return for the very much more expensive kit that I'd ordered. My new controller and fan work perfectly. I've returned the kit for an $80 or so refund. Very happy with the receiver and controller and especially happy with the way the CSR took her time to take care of the problem. I"m a happy FU customer.
