Wireless Headset Battery for Plantronics PL-65358-01

I would have thought a refurbished unit would run more than 30 minutes on the battery that came in it. I received the unit, plugged it in for about 5 days. I then used it for a 5 minute call. The next time I used it, I pulled it from the charger, 24 minutes into the the call it starts beeping then goes dead. Placed in charge for a few minutes, then dial tone came back. Had to get a new battery. Has been functioning since then. Another issue is if you are wearing it and bend over, it falls off. Apparently the "leather" earpads a too slick.
