the best tinted lip balm out there
bliss tinted lip balm deposits just enough color on your lips to make it look natural. i love how the product does not feel, waxy or oily or thick. it slides on and stays on your lips even after drinking. if you lightly pat it over w a dry tissue. it lasts longer
