When you get a tape, it's hit or miss...
The tape was in less than poor condition. Lot's of distortion. The copy on YouTube that you can watch for free is better.

After checking the fuse, I figured it was the motor, so I just ordered it and took the chance it wasn t the switches. Part is the factory replacement part. It works as expected, plug and play. Really fast delivery (1 week) to North Eastern U.S. and shipping was reasonable. I saved a few hundred dollars putting this in myself and it took under 1 hour from start to finish and I ve never done it before. You only need a couple tools, a philips, and a torx key for the bolts that hold the motor in. The philips unscrews a couple screws on the door panel and the rest just clicks in.
