  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Took almost 5 days to ship. Arrived poorly packaged in a U-haul box. Item was damaged. We sent photos of box and damaged part to seller asking to file a damage claim. Seller never responded. Asked for a return, never responded. Had to escalate the return and the claim with eBay to get our money back. Communication goes a LONG ways, and ignoring people is bad business.
