BUY. THIS. BOOK!

This book is written for the layman. It's an EXCELLENT read! I am giving this to a friend as a gift, she will love it! Her Dr. didn't recommend any books, so I looked into and this seemed popular. I am SO GLAD I got this for her! I'm thinking of buying one for myself, and I don't have a fatty liver! Great info for treating yourself in many ways. Buy it!!! You wont want to give it away!
