The reason i put neutral is because how the card was shipped. Paid almost $5 in shipping so i expected the card would be in a padded envelope but it was shipped in a regular paper envelope. Card wasn t even in a sleeve of top loader. Card was placed in between two pieces of thin cardboard that were smaller then the card because the edges were sticking out. Thankfully the cared had taken no damage but for the price of shipping you would excepted better.
