New Power Window Master Switch For Ford F150 Front LH driver side 5L1Z14529AA

F150 Master Window Switch Set Too Big!

Very slightly larger than oem, requires filing around switch holes and stresses mount enough the locking tabs will not lock it in. Had to bend my locking tabs inward, then install the switch set. It actually split the corners of the mounting box that it fits into. After the mods, it has been working well for a few weeks now.

OEM Style Gasket

Seals great and transfers heat being a non insulating shim. Be sure to clean surfaces well, and machine your manifolds straight. Working great on my turbo 460 F-350.

Overheated!!!

I usually use IB80's but wanted to try this relay 120-105851 that the coil is internally grounded to the mount saving one wire connection. After running a very light load of less than 15amps, It got very hot in 15 minutes.....294*F with an infrared gun. Still audibly functioned after that, but internally would not latch every time. Replaced it with an IB80.
