  Item was well packaged. The shipping time was a little slower than expected, but as a seller, I can understand short delays, they do happen and it was not an item I needed right away. Unfortunately, the original description listing stated there were no chips. The lid to the item clearly was damaged, as the pictures show. I understand buying an item used and expecting normal wear and surface scratches, but this damage should have been disclosed and pictured in the post.

  You RECEIVED the item 3 business days after purchase (May 29th) I had until May 29th to mail the package so to say it was slow getting to you is NOT ACCURATE. The item was not chipped or broken in my possession, you can clearly see that in the photos. You never reached out to rectify, just left a negative feedback. Unfair and ridiculous
