Brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 4
2 of 2 found this helpful It said brand new note 4 which is note the case. The phone is refurbished . It has the same problem that I'm replacing the phone I have .the screen cover or glass is loose also the back up button and home button and the one in the middle doesn't show light on them I have to push several times to have that light appear on screen to make the button's function. It's real mess .I regret to buy that phone ..
