Good value monitor
Important to first read the step by step instructions, but having done so, the monitor is very simple to use. Results are consistent, and are in good agreement with that given by GP nurse. Lancet unit also works well.

Ideal for the job
Competitively priced and conveniently sized (80 x 80mm) for small applications like raspberry pi. Material is white and is very thin (0.3mm). Easily cut and trimmed using modelling knife or similar. Adhesive strength is high, however heat sink can subsequently be removed with effort and care. Adhesion appears to be superior to some of the black material found attached to cheap heatsinks, and whilst never achieving the performance of a good thermal paste, one at least feels confident that the material is designed as thermal tape (something that cannot always be said of the black material). Would recommend, although have not done actual thermal tests. Had pi3b+ running MotionEyeOS 24/7, with 3 network cameras, and it was throttling back due to high temp. No longer throttling after heatsinks and Noctua 5v fan installed.
