It works but learning for anyone buying a used z=wave unit
Had an earlier review for a zenith z-wave unit that I said wouldn't work with my z-wave, and this one didn't either...BUT thank's to the internet, I got both units to work. If you buy a used unit and you can't get your system to find it, then instead of searching to add it, REMOVE it first. Directions say that a unit must be reset by removing it first if it has been part of another system. After an hour of frustration, I got both units to work immediately after removing them first!

Took a chance on a "no warranty" sale and got a good deal
Bought 4 with no claim that they work for around $10 each which is $15 off the going rate for each! 3 of the 4 worked so still a good deal. Directions ARE different for these than other Zwave units so go to the web site...requires a quick double tap to remove from the system, before installing them.

Worked fine..just remember to make a used z wave work you have to remove it from your system first!
Though a return, the unit had been installed or attempted to be installed and therefore would not add to my system until I removed it from the system, then added it. A key learning from an earlier purchase. Once done, it was recongized and worked great.
