Thin does not win -- stay away from this product
When the plates arrived, the first thing that came to mind is that they are a lot thinner than my air technique plates.
I purchased a 12 pack of plates from bargaindentalsupplies and have reached out as 4-6 of them started to crinkle along the margins. I would understand if after a years use this would happen but I just started to use them on Feb 6th, 2023. I have plates from air technique that are over a year old with no crinkles, so I am assuming it is a defective product. To be fair, some of the plates are fine but when 1/3 to 1/2 are starting to have issues, you have to wonder.
I have reached out to bargaindentalsupplies but other than asking for samples of the issue, I have not heard back from them, even though I have been emailing them to see if they need any additonal information. (last correspondence was March 18, 2023). I was hoping they would stand by their product, so unfortunately, I have to give them a low rating for quality and support.
