Works great!
I have a little studio set up in a carpeted bedroom and setting my powered PA speakers or guitar amps directly on the carpet really muddies up the sound. These solve that problem and make all the difference in clarity and making speakers sound they way they should. I think they are really expensive but I've never found anything that works as well.

Finally, a Strat for me!
I love this guitar so much that when I heard they were going to stop making them, I had to buy two. It has everything I love about a Stratocaster and none of the things I don't. I love the extra large headstock and believe Strats with that feature sound and feel better. Also, I hate the center pickup on a normal Strat because it gets in my way and doesn't have enough difference in sound to make it worth taking up your guitar's real estate. I love the humbucker on the bridge which is an absolute necessity for the kind of rock I play and a single coil on the neck is the only way to get that signature Strat sound that I love so much. I bought a blond one and a black one and changed out the pickguards to black on both because I hate the pearloid look. These are killer Strats!
