Item was exactly as described and once I re-ordered with a different shipping address, the shipping was fast. However, the seller was incapable of realizing that the Paypal address with both a PO box and street address was usable so the initial ordered was canceled. If there were actual humans reading the original order (as every other EBay order I've done) instead of a machine, there would not have been the cancellation and need to re-order.
